When will my product ship?

All of our products are made to order and will typically ship out within approximately 1 week. If you order is urgent, send us an email at broadmoordesign1@gmail.com and we’ll work with you to find an expedited shipping option that meets your needs

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 90 days of delivery for any reason, no questions asked, by emailing broadmoordesign1@gmail.com. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If the return is being requested due an error by Broadmoor Design, we will supply a free prepaid shipping label. Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of receiving the item.
